Our approach to property flyers

In today's world of real estate marketing property flyers are slowly becoming an artifact of communication likely replaced by mobile technologies.    With color printers available in many brokerage offices there are less and less needs for a large number of flyers.  Still, there is a need for these, especially at the beginning of the listing.

Exposure Elements has several property flyer templates available.  We can also custom design a template based on your basic requirements.  Either way, you can specify the type of paper you want from a wide variety of paper stocks we have available to us.  We will do the image layout, include the details that you want to focus on and deliver a single flyer proof for your approval for a nominal cost.  Once approved we will print flyers for you with either single or double sided color printing to the number of copies you request. 

Because of the open nature of this service the cost is available after we discuss your expectations.  As a base level pricing, If you use one of our existing templates you should expect a $20 set up fee and $70 per 100 for one sided prints on 32lb smooth stock paper.
