What is included in this virtual tour package?
This tour includes our full screen slideshow virtual tour interface that is largely equivalent what many of our competitors use for their standard virtual tour package. The tour includes 9 images of the property shot by a professional photographer with professional ultra wide angle camera equipment and uses flash photography. Of course, those images will still be delivered to you for your other marketing projects along with the virtual tour URLs for your web posting and for the MLS.
How is it different from our standard virtual tour packages?
When our photographer comes on site they will capture images of the property in much the same way that we do for our standard tours but the outside shots will be single shots rather than the advanced HDR imaging technologies we use on our standard tour. This may result in a loss of some detail in the shadows on sunny days. The tour will also consist of just nine shots and post capture editing will be minimalized for delivery efficiency.
Who should use this virtual tour?
Realtors that need minimal, but quality photography are ideal for this tour such as REO listings.
Often Realtors take on listings with challenging prospects of reaching a closing payday. The first thing that they do many times is eliminate as much of the upfront cost as possible including highly beneficial virtual tours. Thisproduct is ideal for these listings because they are a substantial improvement over the alternative and still show your client that you want to deliver the best service. The silver lining is that you don't have to spend the time doing this task!
Who should not use this virtual tour?
This low cost virtual tour package will often have less images than competing full service realtor listings and while the images are brighter and more detailed than shots from typical point and shoot cameras or amatuer Digital SLR photographers they may not tell the whole story of the listing since they are limited to 9 images.
Our standard virtual tour has no shot limitations other than impractical room duplicates. The outside images on the standard tour will likely be substantially better, especially in the shadow detail and our extended image editing processes really set our images apart from competitive listings.

This product is only offered in our immediate service area of the Silicon Valley from Palo Alto and Milpitas to Los Gatos and Morgan Hill so that we can keep the delivery cost at this low price.
