Aerial Drone Photography Will Captivate Viewer Attention

In this era of internet exposure today's home buyers and businesses want stimulating visuals that captivate their attention.
Our radio controlled drones provide close range high definition aerial images at up to 14 megapixel granularity and should be easily able to print up to 8x10 images with excellent results. We recently were able to shoot a 4 image panorama 60 feet off the ground and deliver an outstanding 11x17 image to our client.

Comparison of Different Advertisement Media

January 25, 2013, 5:32 pm

Below is a list of advantages and disadvantages of different types of advertising media that compete with virtual tours for businesses.  While each of the different types of media has their strengths and weaknesses, Exposure Elements virtual tours have the uncanny ability to deliver an extraordinary advantages with only one potential downside.
It is important to note that the one disadvantage that virtual tours are burdened with is actually a key advantage that is often overlooked.  While other advertisement media are frequently viewed as silos that operate independently, Exposure Elements virtual tours offer the distinct ADVANTAGE of being able to mix well with other types of advertising and in fact, thrive when integrated into other types of advertisement.

For Best DSLR Video Experience Get a Better Microphone

October 23, 2012, 4:45 pm

DSLR video can be an outstanding addition to virtual tours but...

The recent release of the Real Tour Vision Fusion virtual tour software as a service supports full motion video.  Exposure Elements, Real Tour Visions' San Francisco Bay Area virtual tour provider is fully on board with this technology offering.  What an ideal marriage of media types for a virtual tour with the emerging DSLR video capabilities.  Businesses and Real estate professionals can now add full motion video clips to virtual tour productions.  This is a grand benefit that often has one overlooked component for a professional production; the use of the built in microphone on  DSLR cameras.

Apartment hunters need quality pictures

March 23, 2012, 1:54 am

When  renters search the internet for their next apartment, pictures are at the top of the list of important hunting factors. Renters won’t attend hundreds of open house and definitely won't visit every apartment community that they see, but they’re going to look at tens to hundreds of listings and pictures will ultimately drive their interest.

The Value of Social Networking Access for Virtual Tours

February 29, 2012, 11:02 pm

So if 48% of the group of first time homebuyers are looking at Facebook as the first thing they are doing in the morning quality virtual tour developers should be dialed into this but I looked at my key virtual tour competitors in the San Francisco Bay Area and could not easily identify any social networking access on their virtual tour interface.  As a matter of fact, I couldn't find any access for social networking.

Home buyers and Rental hunters choose by process of disqualification

January 2, 2012, 2:01 am

Qualification for Living Accommodations Before

15 years ago and to a lesser degree 5 years ago home buyers and rental hunters chose their living accommodations by a process of qualification.  They had a wish list of  features that they sorted out based on realtor description, newspaper advertisements and some magazine publications.  They started with a short list of choices and filtered those choices through description, a few available images and visual appraisal.  The choices were frequently dictated by filtered delivery through a property manager or realtor..  While the process in theory could go on forever, in practice the efficiency of looking at a significant number of properties was outweighed by the urgency to find your next living accommodations.

What is a Social Network Strategy?

A social network strategy is a plan that businesses should have in place to communicate with their clients and followers.   This plan should address the strengths of the various online social networking sites as each site offers different values that can be leveraged by business.http://www.exposureelements.com

Why good photography sells homes faster

November 5, 2011, 4:11 pm

Recently I was telling a friend that good photography doesn't sell homes but bad photography will kill home sales  The other day I talked to a Realtor that enlightened me on my position.  Here are some thoughts on why good photography sells homes faster.

A Consistent Approach to Internet based Property Exposure.

November 5, 2011, 3:11 pm

Today bandwidth considerations are much more permissive enabling technologies that absorb the viewer into a more complete visualization of the home.  Virtual Tours use all types of marketing phrases for photography techniques, engaging technologies and delivery techniques. There are 360 degree panoramic images, photoshop retouches, traffic reporting for your virtual tour, marketing plans, floor plans, video clips, HD and full screen deivery and HDR imaging just to name a few and 101 different other ways to present a home to home hunters on line.  The Realtors role has changed to being an expert advisor in the process of buying a home and an expert in negotiating the financial aspects of a home purchase.  Developing a compelling property marketing plan is a challenge to accomplish with all the other demands placed on a Realtor.
